MigrationSanity

A migration you can hand off.

Five steps, from your first message to the report. You approve the number, check a proof batch in your own tenant, pick the cutover weekend, and read what moved.

Timeline The engagement, start to finish

  1. 1

Tell us the shape of it

Headcount, what's moving, and the date that matters.

Tell us roughly how many people you have, what needs to move, and when you need it done.

Share what you know, and flag anything you are unsure about, such as how many shared mailboxes you have. We will work through those details with you before finalizing the plan and price.

  2. 2

    Approve the number

One fixed quote for the whole migration.

We work with you and your admin to confirm which accounts, mailboxes and drives are moving, how much data is involved, and anything that needs special handling.

You choose the cutover weekend. We build the migration schedule around it and document what is included, what is excluded, and how we will check the result.

You approve the plan and fixed price in writing. Your admin then grants the access needed for the proof batch and migration.

  3. 3

    Check the proof batch

A few of your people move first, and you check them.

A few of your people move first: their mail, calendars and contacts appear in your Microsoft 365 tenant. If you want, we also include their My Drive files.

They open them and check for themselves. We work through anything they flag before you approve the full migration.

    The move runs

Your data copies ahead of time. On the weekend you pick, your admin switches mail over once the agreed checks pass.

Most of your data copies ahead of the cutover weekend you choose. We agree with you when people need to stop changing files, calendars and contacts in Google. Mail keeps arriving until the switch.

Once the agreed checks pass, your admin switches incoming mail to Microsoft 365. We run a final mail pass afterward, on the agreed schedule, to collect messages that arrived during the change. What cutover looks like.

We check files as they arrive and track what copied, what was skipped and what failed.

    Open the report

What moved, in a report you can hand to your board.

You receive a report showing what moved, what was skipped and what failed, with explanations for the exceptions it records. It is a record you can share with leadership or an auditor.

Some Google features arrive differently in Microsoft 365. See how each one is handled.

Tell us the shape of it and you’ll have a number.

A reply from a person within one business day: the number, what it covers, and the two or three things we’d need to confirm.
